Terms of Use
These terms apply when a business creates and uses a Bill It Bharat account.
About the service
Bill It Bharat is an independently operated technology initiative in India. It provides billing, catalogue and connected business tools. JanOrder is the supported customer-facing experience for selected ordering, QR and booking workflows.
Your business responsibilities
You are responsible for your business information, prices, taxes, GST settings, invoices, products, services, orders, bookings, customer dealings and compliance with laws applicable to your business. Bill It Bharat is a software tool and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must use an account you are authorised to control, protect access to it and use the service lawfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access.
Local data and backups
Core operational records may be stored in your browser or device. Clearing site data, losing a device or changing browsers can remove local records. You are responsible for exporting and backing up important business records.
Connected services
Google sign-in, Firebase, internet access, payment apps, messaging tools, printers and other third-party services may have their own terms and availability. Bill It Bharat does not control those services.
Availability and changes
The service is offered on an as-available basis and may be updated, interrupted or changed. We aim to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bill It Bharat is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, incorrect business inputs, tax decisions, customer disputes or failures of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for unlawful use, abuse, security risk or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and should export records you need before removing local data.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Where appropriate, existing account holders may be asked to accept the revised terms.
