What we can verify about the product
| Area | Current approach | What you should know |
|---|---|---|
| Core billing | ₹0 product model; browser-based billing, GST settings, UPI QR and exports | Merchants must validate inputs, invoices and payment confirmations |
| Local records | Completed bills and sales history reside in this browser/device | No automatic cloud backup of core invoices; export daily or after busy shifts |
| Connected cloud | Google sign-in, business configuration, customer QR orders and necessary queue data use online services | Local-first does not mean entirely offline or cloud-free |
| Analytics | Aggregate product usage may be processed by the backend; GA4 only after applicable website consent | Read the privacy notice and consent preferences for details |
| Payments | Supports recording cash/UPI/card/wallet payment methods | Recording UPI/card is not confirmation of bank settlement |

Limits we disclose
Browser storage can be erased by clearing site data, device loss or profile changes. Connected features need internet. Receipt printing depends on browser and printer compatibility. Optional workflows such as kitchen routing, restaurant ordering, returns and bookings should be tested against the active deployment before being relied on.
The site does not claim formal security certifications, independent audits, customer counts, guaranteed tax compliance or verified merchant results without published evidence.
