Product Walkthroughs & Evidence
Explore product workflows in the demo and independently check what works on your device.
Three repeatable product demonstrations
1. Cash and GST invoice
Create a bill, inspect the GST split when relevant and preview a 58mm or 80mm receipt.
2. Stock movement
Receive stock, create a sale and review inventory movements.
3. Khata repayment
Make an Udhaar sale, record a part-payment and check the outstanding balance.
How to validate before going live
- Open the public demo and enter two test products with known prices.
- Create a cash bill and check the maths; compare its 58mm/80mm output.
- If you use GST, confirm item tax classification and whether IGST or CGST/SGST is correct for your actual transaction.
- Make a test Udhaar transaction and reconcile the cash part-payment and later repayment.
- Download an export and open it before creating production records.
These are documented product flows, not third-party lab tests or guarantees of every device configuration.
Restaurant and specialized features
Kitchen Display, table ordering, token display, salon bookings and hotel room workflows are optional. Their production readiness depends on your exact configuration and deployment. For example, verify that an accepted QR order appears under the right table and in the final bill. See our restaurant testing checklist.
Merchant stories and endorsements
We only publish named case studies, reviews or performance metrics when the source and customer consent can be verified. No endorsements are invented or implied here. Merchants interested in sharing a demonstrable experience can contact support@billitbharat.com.
