Getting started
- 01
Set up your business
Create your business profile and check your default billing settings.
- 02
Add products and selling rates
Add or edit items, categories and selling rates, or start with the sample catalogue.
- 03
Make a test bill
Make a test bill, check the total and receipt, then begin regular billing.
- 04
Check GST and invoice details
In billing settings, confirm your business details and the GST treatment you actually use. Preview an invoice to check the business name, item price and total before printing or sharing.
- 05
Make and review your first sale
On the billing screen, select products, verify quantity and selling rate, apply a discount only if needed, and review the payable amount. Record the payment method and complete a test bill.
- 06
Maintain items and stock
Use Items to update categories and prices. If stock tracking applies, record purchases from suppliers and check changes in inventory. Review your data before bulk edits.
- 07
Set up restaurant ordering only when needed
Restaurant owners can configure Table QR ordering and Direct Ordering in the relevant settings. Try a test order and follow it in Command Center before sharing a guest link.
- 08
Check reports and keep a backup
Review your sales and purchase records regularly. Export a copy of your business data and keep it somewhere safe. Cloud backup options, if enabled, are separate from the free local-first workflow.
Before your first real bill
Run one test sale and check its price, tax, payment status and printed invoice. Your chosen interface language does not automatically translate existing product names or printed receipts.
