Bills are stored on this device first. Finalized invoice records also synchronize to the signed-in business account to restore sales history on another device. Draft or unfinished bills are not uploaded by Cloud Essentials.

Your everyday business transactions should remain under your control. Bill It Bharat separates local operational records from the limited information that needs cloud connectivity.
Local-first records and connected history
Payment method in invoices
The finalized invoice snapshot can include the payment method (such as Cash or UPI), cash received/change, cashier name and optional customer name or phone number if you entered them. Bill It Bharat does not collect card PINs or banking passwords through this billing record.
Expenses and reporting
Individual expenses and separate Khata ledgers remain local. Sales and Reports read locally cached invoices. Limited daily aggregate usage counts may be synchronized separately for product analytics.

Relevant item information can be synchronized so customer-facing QR experiences see current items and prices.
QR order communication
The current customer QR order uses cloud communication to reach the merchant.
Finalized invoices, profile and billing settings
Finalized bills are saved locally before synchronization, and existing historical invoices may be uploaded for cross-device restoration. Business profile and billing settings also synchronize. Expenses and separate Khata ledgers remain local.
Aggregate product analytics
To understand adoption and reliability, Bill It Bharat can collect business-level daily aggregates such as active days, bills completed, aggregate billed value, catalogue size and feature-use counts. Customer names, phone numbers, invoice contents and individual transaction records are not sent for analytics.
Local-first means checkout stays responsive
Checkout relies on durable device storage, not cloud availability. Finalized invoice history and business setup synchronize when online. A storage failure must not be mistaken for successful billing.
Cloud data is associated with the signed-in business. Access, export and deletion requests may be directed to support@billitbharat.com. Records may be retained while the account is active or where reasonably required for legal, security or dispute purposes. Clearing browser data removes the local copy but does not automatically delete cloud records.
